  • Added Agent Login Log. It supports viewing the time when agents login and out of the system and basic login information, such as login location, login IP, etc.

Enhanced Features

  • Optimized the Send message component in WhatsApp Workflow:

This component adds a Wait for Response switch, which allows you to set the waiting time directly in the component.

When the message type is List or Button, each option can be connected to subsequent components separately.

  • Fixed the issue where the agent side displayed Failed when no image was uploaded in the Send an image component in Webchat Flow.
