SSO Application--Office 365
When configuring the SSO application, both you and your agents will have the capability to access the platform through a third-party application. This simplifies the login process for your team, enabling them to transition smoothly between different tools without having to manage multiple sets of login credentials.
SSO Application--Office 365
Login to https://entra.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/EntraHome.ReactView Add a new registration.
Fill in configuration, then click Register.
Note: The Redirect URI can be acquired within the CX system.
Click API permissions.
Select API permissions, and then click Update permissions.
Obtain Client ID.
 6. Obtain Client Secret.
Enter the Client ID and Client secret.
Select the tenants that will be allowed to use this application for SSO login.
Only tenants with subdomains and SSO permissions enabled can be selected.
If you select Allow the system administrator to use this connection, the system administrator and other tenants who do not have subdomains enabled can use this application.
Turn on the Application and then click Save.
Single Sign-On Using
Click User Avatar, and select Edit Profile > Security Setting
Select Office 365 and click Connect button.
If you have been bound to the Office 365 account, you can log in the platform by Office 365 account directly.
