Dashboard

The CloudCX system is a multi-tenant platform. On the Dashboard page, you can view the system and License key status as well as tenant-related data statistics.


1. System Status

A line chart shows the usage of the system disk, memory, and CPU in the last 24 hours.

Pie charts show the current usage and remaining usage for the system disk, memory, and CPU.

2. License key

2.1 Key Fields

Key fields show the basic situation of the License key and the CX system.

Version

The current version of the CX system.

License Key

Your authorized License key.

License Status

The status of the License key. When it is in the Active state, it means the key has been activated and is available. When it is in the Disable state, it cannot be used.

Product

Different products have their own unique characteristics and functions, which determine the corresponding permissions and usage scope of the License key.

Maintenance Expiry

The expiration date of the License key.

FQDN

Fully Qualified Domain Name for the CX system.

System Time

The current system time.

System Uptime

The system uptime after upgrading or updating the version.

Licensed Agents

Workflow Triggers

The License key stipulates the maximum number of Agents that can be created and the additional functional permissions and quotas. When the upper limit is reached, creation will no longer be possible. The functionality or quota can be increased by expanding the License key.

3. Real-time Usage

Real-time Usage chart collects system usage data in real time based on the following dimensions, and is counted every 10 minutes. You can click to switch and view usage of each item individually in each tenant.

  • Online Agents

  • Ongoing Workflows

  • Visitors on site

  • Open Tickets

Usage cards shows the quotas and usages of Agents, Tenants, and add-ons.

4. Agents & Tenants Growth

Agents & Tenant Growth chart shows monthly tenant and agent growth statistics.

5. Channel Message

Channel Message chart shows the total number of messages for all tenants by message type every day. You can easily see the number of messages in different channels each day.
