Policy Management
With the gradual improvement of personal information protection policies, network operators are required to collect and use personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, and the consent of the person being collected is required. Privacy terms and policies have become essential content for Internet products and services.
Terms of service are a contract between service providers and users. Users must agree to abide by the terms of service before they can use the services provided by the service provider. The content of the terms of service can sometimes also serve as a disclaimer about use.
To set the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, follow these steps:
Log in to your CX Control Panel.
From the left navigation menu, go to Security -> Policy Management.
You can choose to set the policy content to a third-party URL or template content.
Note: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are set separately. You can switch tabs to set them separately. Both are set up as template content by default, and we will provide an initial template that you can customize.
4. When setting the template content, click Variable Settings to customize the variables in the template.
The variable value you set will be displayed when it is applied.
If this feature is enabled, this setting will be applicable to your tenants. They will have the option to click on the hyperlink to access the policy content.
