2.4.7 Privacy Commitment

CloudCX allows you to control whether the privacy Commitment for visitors in WebChat is displayed or not, and also enables you to customize the content of the Commitment.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to your system CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget> Settings > Ban List > Privacy Commitment

  3. Turn on the Enable Privacy Commitment toggle key.

  1. After enabling privacy commitment, you can input text or insert hyperlinks to customize the privacy commitment, also you can use the default privacy commitment.

  1. Click Save.

Now, the privacy commitment will be displayed on the Web Chat window when the visitor enters the chat. The visitor can click image-20241224-092513.png button to close the privacy commitment.
