6.2.1 Single Sign-On(SSO)
Single sign-on (SSO) is a user authentication tool that enables users to securely access multiple applications and services using just one set of credentials. CloudCX SSO allows your agents to sign in to CloudCX using a third-party application.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click your profile photo, which is located in the top right corner of the page.
Click Edit Profile to open the profile page.
In the Security Settings > Single Sign-On(SSO), you can click Connect button to connect your Google account or Office 365 account.
If the Security Settings display “ You haven’t added any application. Please contact your system admin.” You need to contact the system adminisrtator to configure the SSO settings, so that you can using SSO.
Connect to your Google account or Office 365 account.
After connecting your Google or Office 365 account, the connected account will be displayed in the Security Settings. If you want to disconnect the connected account, you can click Disconnect to disconnect the account.
Now, you can click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Office 365 to log in to the system using Google account or Office 365 directly.
