SMS Application-Bandwidth
Our platform allows System Admins to configure Bandwidth integration within the Super Console. Once configured, Super Admins can directly assign Phone Numbers to tenants, eliminating the need for tenants to manually configure numbers or perform debugging.
Configure Bandwidth Application
Click the Bandwidth card in the Connector Hub menu to enter the configuration page.
Click the Configure Application button.
Configure the Application information and enter Phone Numbers. Note that a maximum of 100 Phone Numbers can be added per Application, each on a new line. Ensure all numbers are entered in the correct +E.164 format (e.g.,
+1234567890
).
After configuration is complete, the Application will be displayed on the list page. You can click the Details button to view all phone numbers under this configuration.
To configure multiple Applications, please repeat steps 1 to 4.
Assignee Phone number
Click the TAB to switch to the Phone Number tab. Here are all the phone numbers under your Applications, which can be managed uniformly on this page.
Click the Bind button to pop up the tenant selection dialog. After selecting a tenant, click the Save button to successfully assign the phone number.
You can click the Unbind button to release the phone number assigned to a tenant, or click Delete to remove it.
When unbinding or deleting a phone number assigned to a tenant, the tenant will no longer be able to use the number, and associated Tickets, Routing Rules, etc., will be affected. Please exercise caution when unbinding or deleting numbers.
