CRM Application-HubSpot

CloudCX Connector Hub provides integration with HubSpot via the API for CRM. The configuration is done server-side, in an easy and straightforward way. Let's follow the instructions step by step to complete the integration with Hubspot.

Here is an optional setting available for different tenants. Each tenant can choose to utilize a custom CRM application setting on their respective tenant page. More details, can refer the following link.

8.3 Integrating HubSpot in CloudCX

Create A Hubspot App

To integrate with HubSpot, you need to create a HubSpot app within your HubSpot account.

Prerequisites

  1. A valid HubSpot Account.

  2. An account that has the Administrator role.

Create A Hubspot App

  1. Go to HubSpot Developers 🚀.

  • If you already have a HubSpot developer account, click on “Go To My Account”, then skip to Step 5.

  • If you don’t have a HubSpot developer account, click on“Create a developer account” to create a HubSpot developer account.

  1. Click on “Create App Developer account”.

  1. Log in with your HubSpot account, and click on “Continue with this user”.

  1. Click on “Start sign-up”, and enter the Job Role, company name to create a HubSpot developer account.

  1. From the left navigation menu, go to Apps, then click on “Create app”.

  1. In the App Info, enter the Public app name for your app.

  1. In the Auth settings, add Authorized Redirect URL https://your_cx_domain/backend/api/v2.0/integration/app/callback/api/hubspot to the Redirect URLs.

  1. Turn on advanced scope settings, click on “+Add new scope” to add the below scopes.

  • crm.lists.read

  • crm.lists.write

  • crm.object.companies.read

  • crm.object.companies.write

  • crm.object.contacts.read

  • crm.object.contacts.write

  • crm.object.owners.read

  • oauth

  • tickets

  • crm.lists.read

  • crm.lists.write

  • crm.object.companies.read

  • crm.object.companies.write

  • crm.object.contacts.read

  • crm.object.contacts.write

  • oauth

  • tickets

  1. After adding the required scopes, click on “Save changes”.

In the Auth settings, you will have to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret. These values will be required while setting up in the Connector Hub.

Configure HubSpot Integration in CloudCX

Log in to your system administrator portal https://your_cx_domain:9006, go to Advance > Connector Hub Setting > HubSpot to configure.
