CRM Application-ZOHO
CloudCX Connector Hub provides integration with ZOHO via the API for CRM. The configuration is done server-side, in an easy and straightforward way. Let's follow the instructions step by step to complete the integration with ZOHO.
Here is an optional setting available for different tenants. Each tenant can choose to utilize a custom CRM application setting on their respective tenant page. More details, can refer the following link.
Create A ZOHO App
To integrate with ZOHO, you must create a ZOHO app within your ZOHO account.
Prerequisites
A valid ZOHO Account.
An account that has the Administrator role.
Create A ZOHO App
Go to your ZOHO API Console and click on “+ADD CLIENT”.
Select the Server-based Applications Client Type and click on “CREATE NOW”.
Enter a Client Name for your application, add your CloudCX system URL
CloudCX installation domain
to the Homepage URL, and Authorized Redirect URLhttps://your_cx_domain/backend/api/v2.0/integration/app/callback/api/zoho
to the Authorized Redirect URIs, then click on “CREATE” to create it.
Once you create the application, you will have to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret. These values will be required while setting up in the Connector Hub.
Configure ZOHO Integration in CloudCX
Log in to your system administrator portal https://your_cx_domain:9006
, go to Advance > Connector Hub Setting > ZOHO to configure.
Paste the Client ID & Client Secret to Client ID & Client Secret, the Client ID & Client Secret obtain from Client Secret CRM Application-ZOHO | Create A ZOHO App.1.
Copy the Authorized Redirect URL and paste to Authorized Redirect URIs CRM Application-ZOHO | Create A ZOHO App.1.
Enter the ZOHO login URL “https://accounts.zoho.com” into Account Server Address & CRM address.
That's all the ZOHO integration, now, you can connect your ZOHO to the App & Integrations > ZOHO in your tenant 8.2 Integrating ZOHO CRM in CloudCX!
