CloudCX allows you to connect with your email, SMS, and Social accounts. You can add your email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and Instagram channel accounts to CloudCX. CloudCX also provides Messenger and Secure Messaging channels for asynchronous messaging services.
