2.3.3 Adding Channels in Widget
Our widget helps your customers reach you through different social channels easily. It can be set up simply and added to your website in a few clicks.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to your system
CloudCX installation domain
, and log in with the admin account.From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget > My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list.
Go to Widget Design>Channels.
In the Channels page, you can do the following:
Web Chat channel: Web Chat channel is enabled by default.
(Optional) Turn off the toggle key to disable the Web Chat channel.
Modify the title and content displayed in the channel.
Social Media channel: You can add multiple social media channels, and then your visitors can choose their preferred social media to contact you directly.
Turn on the toggle key to enable the social media channels.
Modify the title displayed in the channels.
Click +Add a Channel to select a social media channel to add.
Input a name for the social media channel to display in the channels.
Select or input a channel account to add.

Click Save.
(Optional) Click Live Preview button to preview.
