2.3.3 Adding Channels in Widget

Our widget helps your customers reach you through different social channels easily. It can be set up simply and added to your website in a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to your system CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget > My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list.

  1. Go to Widget Design>Channels.

  1. In the Channels page, you can do the following:

  • Web Chat channel: Web Chat channel is enabled by default.

    • (Optional) Turn off the toggle key to disable the Web Chat channel.

    • Modify the title and content displayed in the channel.

  • Social Media channel: You can add multiple social media channels, and then your visitors can choose their preferred social media to contact you directly.

    • Turn on the toggle key to enable the social media channels.

    • Modify the title displayed in the channels.

    • Click +Add a Channel to select a social media channel to add.

    • Input a name for the social media channel to display in the channels.

    • Select or input a channel account to add.

 

  • Click Save.

  • (Optional) Click Live Preview button to preview.
