6.3.2 Switch Language

CloudCX supports Agents switching to more suitable languages to use the system. Currently, CloudCX supports English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian.

  1. Click your profile photo, which is located in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Click Switch Language to open the selected list.

  3. Select a language for yourself.

  1. In the pop-up window, click OK to refresh the page.

After refreshing the page, the language has been switch to the selected language.

Or you can switch the language by clicking the button image-20241016-070824.png in the login page.
