6.3.1 Change User Info

  1. Click your profile photo, which is located in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Click Edit Profile to open the profile page.

  1. In the Profile, you can do the following:

Chat Queues, Roles, and Skills can not be changed by the Agent with Agents role in the Profile, they can be changed by administrator or the user with manage chat queue, role, skill permissions, you can find more details from 9.1 People.

  1. In the Edit Personal Information, you can change the First Name, Alias, Email, or fill in the Last Name and Phone, then click Save.

  1. After saving your latest information, the profile will update your information. If you changed your email address, the system will prompt you need to verify your new email address, you can click Resend verification email to resend the email or click cancel this change to recover the old email address.

  1. Check your new email box, you will receive a verification email, click the URL to log in to the system and verify your email. The profile will update your new email address.
