9.6.2 Inbox channel logs

The inbox channel logs are a record of outgoing messages for each channel of Inbox, where you can view the sending status and details of the message.

View the list of messages

  1. Login to your Control Panel.

  2. From the left navigation menu, click Global Settings.

  3. Go to the Logs menu and click Inbox channel logs.

  1. You can see the ID of the message, the time it was sent, the status of the message sent, the associated ticket, and so when a message fails to be sent, you can view the reason for the failure.

  1. You can query by time, type, and status, and you can also directly enter keywords.

  1. Click on the message ID to find more details.
