You can integrate WhatsApp accounts to Cloudfon CX Inbox to provide customer service in the WhatsApp channel. After successfully connecting your WhatsApp account, tickets are created for all incoming WhatsApp messages to the account.
Currently, Cloudfon CX supports two types of WhatsApp account integration:
Twilio WhatsApp: Connects your account using Twilio WhatsApp API
Message Bird WhatsApp: Connects your account using Message Bird WhatsApp API
WhatsApp Cloud
Step by Step Instructions
Log in to your Cloudfon CX panel.
From the left navigation menu, go to Inbox > Channel > WhatsApp.
Click Add.
Select Twilio WhatsApp.
Each WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID account can only tied to one Twilio Account Sid.
On the WhatsApp page, enter the Name, twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number SID.
Click Save. The Whatapp account is added.
You can turn on/off, edit, delete it.
Click Add, Select Message Bird WhatsApp.
Enter Name, Message Bird API Key, Message Bird Channel Id, Phone Number.
10. Click Save.
11. You can Turn on/off, Edit, and Delete it.
