Click below icon, then select Live Chat
2. Ongoing Chats
All ongoing chats are conveniently listed here. Simply click on the desired chat to engage in a conversation with the visitor.
3. Send Attachments
3.1 Files
Click the "+" button.
3.2 Send Pictures
Select Picture, you can send to visitors pictures.

3.3 Send Canned Message
Select Canned Message, you can send canned messages to visitors.

Then input desired message in search box, click the message, it will be sent.
3.4 Send Knowledge Base
Click Knowledge Base,
Input desired message in search box, then click desired article, the URL will be sent.
4. Other Operations
Click below icon, you can operate the chat.
4.1 VisitorInfo
Click VisitorInfo, you can view visitor Info.

Currently Browsing | The total chats currently occurring between visitors and agents. |

Device Info | The visitor Device info. |
4.2 Leave chat
Click Leave Chat, you can close the chat.
4.3 Transfer
Click Transfer, you can transfer to online agents.
4.4 Waiting for Chat
Visitors who are waiting for chat are listed here.
You can ‘Accept' or 'Refuse’ the visitor.

Click Chat Ended, you can view Ended Chats.
