Manage Visitors

1. Click Visitor icon from the bottom menu.

In the Visitor module, you can see a list of all the visitors who are browsing your website, and you can see the following information about visitors:

• Visitor’s name/IP.

• Visitor real-time status.

• Visitor’s country.

• Visitor’s PC system.

• Visitor’s browser.

2. For listed visitors, you can do the following:

Invite

When the visitor’s status is In Site, or Refused By Visitor, you can click the visitor and click the Invite button in the pup up menu to invite the visitor manually.

In the Invite page, you can edit the invitation message and then click Confirm to send the message to the visitor.

Visitor Info

For the listed visitor, you can click the visitor and click the Visitor Info to view the visitor’s information, including visitor information collected from Pre Chat, location, visitor comes from which widget, history, and visitor use which browser to browse the website.

When the visitor’s status is Manually Invited or Chatting and the chat is assigned to you, you can click

the visitor and click Chat to go to the chat window.
