Connecting your Instagram Professional account to a Facebook Page is a prerequisite of the Instagram integration with CloudCX. You need to have the following set up in place:

Connect Instagram Professional Account to a Facebook Page

To connect your Instagram Professional account to a Facebook Page, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.

  2. Click the Nine Square icon and go to Pages.

  1. Select a Facebook Page.

  1. From the Manage Page navigation menu, select Settings.

  1. On the Page settings menu, go to Instagram and click Connect Account.

  1. On the pop-up, turn on the Allow access to Instagram messages in Inbox toggle key.

  2. Click Continue. An Instagram Login pop-up appears.

  1. Provide the Instagram login credentials and click Log In.
