New Add Features

  • Supports unified management of tags, which improves work efficiency, and facilitates users to search, filter and locate quickly.

  • Supports sending transcripts and creating new tickets in Chat/offline Message/Missed&Refused history.

  • Refactored the function of contact, mainly adding the following functions:

【1】Allows you filter and segment important groups of contacts so that you can send them targeted messages. For example, you could create a segment of hot prospects, loyal customers, or whatever you like.

【2】Enriched the Contact field, when a new visitor comes in via webchat/inbox etc, a Contact with stage of Lead will be automatically created, and a unique Conatct ID will be generated. if the visitor does not leave a name, we will randomly generate one.

【3】Support assigning an owner to each contact. Agents can see all chats and tickets belonging to the contacts assigned to them.

【4】In Contact Detail, all Conversations & tickets belonging to this Contact are aggregated, which is convenient for quick location and browsing. At the same time, it records the visitor's recent browsing footprints and forms a comprehensive Contact file.

【5】Added contact activity log, you can view all operations performed on the contact in the contact details.

【6】Allows you to view all multimedia files sent by contact to the CX system from various channels in the contact details.

【7】Allows you to add tags and notes to contacts, helping you quickly mark contacts and improve work efficiency.

【8】Refactored the contact import and export functions. When you import contacts, you can map the contact fields in the imported file with the contact fields in the cx system, helping you import contact information quickly and accurately.

  • Added contact-related notification messages. You can receive notifications when you receive new conversations or new tickets from contacts or potential customers, and when contacts or tickets are assigned to you.

Enhanced Features

  • Optimized the UI of Chat/Message/Missed&Refused history and supported viewing more detailed chat information.

  • Optimized the UI and interaction of newly added tags in tickets and articles, which enhanced user experience.

  • Optimize the knowledge base search function - Users can switch the search on the knowledge base page to article search, which can search for the articles you want in all knowledge bases.
