Our widget helps your customers reach you through different social channels easily. It can be set up simply and added to your website in a few clicks.

Step by Step Instructions

(1)Log in to your Cloudfon CX control panel.

(2)In the left navigation bar, go to Omni Widget > My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list,

(3)Go to Widget Design>Channels.

(4)Web chat channel is enabled by default. You can modify the title and content displayed in the channel.

(5)You can enable social media channels, and then your visitors can choose their preferred social media to contact you directly.

  • You can modify the title.

  • Click”Add a Channel”, you can add channels you prefer. Then fill in the label and the required number or ID or email.

(6)Click”Save”.
