Cloudfon CX’s Social Media Integration allows your agents to provide support for a wider range of your customers. Now you can handle social media queries within your Cloudfon CX Agent Console. The integration process just requires a few simple steps before you can engage with your Facebook Page.
Step by Step Instructions
(1)Log in to your Cloudfon CX account.
(2)From the left navigation menu, go to Inbox > Channel > Facebook.
(3)Click Add Facebook Page.
(4)Log in with your Facebook account.
(5)Click Continue as XXX.
(6)Create or Select a Facebook page
(7)Click Done
(8)Click OK
(9)If all correct, you will see success.
(10)The connected Facebook accounts will be listed on the Facebook page. You can enable/disable or delete these Facebook Pages.
