Step 1: Twilio WhatsApp account + CloudFon CX subscription
First, make sure you have a WhatsApp account with Twilio. If you don't, read this:

Step 2: Add Twilio WhatsApp channel
In your CloudFon CX, Select Inbox > Channels, and then click on WhatsApp

On the next page, Click Add icon, and then Select Twilio WhatsApp.

Step 3: Copy Twilio account settings into CloudFon CX
3.1. Go to your Twilio dashboard: https://www.twilio.com/console
3.2. Copy your Account SID and Auth Token, and paste them into the CloudFon CX setup page.

3.3. Go to your Twilio phone number settings page: https://www.twilio.com/console/phone-numbers/incoming
3.4. Select your WhatsApp number, and copy the Phone Number:

3.5. Paste all of the above into the CloudFon CX Twilio WhatsApp setup page, and click on Proceed to next step

Step 4: Copy CloudFon CX Webhook URL into Twilio
Once you've activated the channel, CloudFon CX will generate a Webhook URL:
Go to your Twilio Programmable Messaging → WhatsApp Senders section: https://www.twilio.com/console/sms/whatsapp/senders
Select your WhatsApp number, and paste the same Octopods Webhook URL in all 3 areas. This is extremely important:

Your Twilio WhatsApp account is now connected to CloudFon CX.
Step by Step Instructions
Log in to your Cloudfon CX panel.
From the left navigation menu, go to Inbox > Channel > WhatsApp.
Click Add.
Select Twilio WhatsApp.

On the WhatsApp page, enter the Name, twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number SID.
