Step 1: WhatsApp Business Cloud Account + CloudFon CX subscription
First, make sure you have a WhatsApp Business Cloud Account. If you don't, read this:

Step 2: Add WhatsApp Cloud channel
（1）In your CloudFon CX, Select Inbox > Channels, and then click on WhatsApp
