Go to your system
CX platform installation domain
, and log in with the admin account.From the left navigation menu, go to Inbox > Channels > WhatsApp.
Click on the “+” button.

Fill in the WhatsApp account information:
Name: Set a name for this account, the name is a unique identification ID in the system. It can be displayed and selected in Agent Panel > Inbox >WhatsApp ticket.
