Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to your system
CX platform installation domain, and log in with the admin account.From the left navigation menu, go to Inbox > Channels > WhatsApp.
Click on the “+” button.

Click WhatsApp Cloud to add a WhatsApp Cloud account.

Fill in the WhatsApp account information:
Name: Set a name for this account, the name is a unique identification ID in the system. It can be displayed and selected in Agent Panel > Inbox >WhatsApp ticket.
Phone ID: Phone ID is a unique identification ID for the WhatsApp phone number, which can be obtained when you create a Meta App, you can find more details from https://cloudfon.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CX/pages/49283278/How+to+Apply+for+a+WhatsApp+Business+Cloud+Account#Step2.-Associate-a-Business-Manager-Account.

Fill in the Phone ID, Token and WhatsApp Business Account ID you saved locally in the WhatsApp channel account.

Copy the Webhook URL and Verify token from the CloudCX’s CX platform’s WhatsApp channel account .
