Chat Window is the window on which your visitors chat with your agents. It is fully customizable. You can tailor the window and make it match the style of your website.
Step by Step Instructions
(1)Log in your CloudCX.
(2)In the left navigation bar, go to Omni Widget > My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list,
(3)Go to Widget Design>Windows.
(4)You can choose a color for the window, and set the chat window's Header logo and Banner as you like.
(5)Enter Greeting Message which will display at the top of the Chat Window.
(6)You can also set Advanced options.
Allow visitor to switch language: With this option selected, your visitor can switch the chat window to the language he wants, and you can also set a default language for him.
Remove”Powered by…” in Widget: With this option selected, the“Powered by…” text link will not be displayed in the chat window.
(5)Click Save.
