2FA Policy
Once you've turned on 2FA, learn how to set it up. You can set the 2FA authentication frequency here.
Two settings are provided, one is to require 2FA authentication every time you log in to the system, and the other is to customize the authentication time. We have predefined certification cycles of 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days, 2FA authentication is not required for the set period of time until the next cycle.
Log-out Policy
You can set your account to never log out, and also can customize automatic logout after several minutes of inactivity. This feature can effectively help protect account security.
Note: The minimum duration can be adjusted to 15 minutes, while the maximum duration can be extended up to 999 minutes. By default, the display is set to 30 minutes.
Step-by-Step Instructions
（1）From the left navigation menu, go to Security > Advanced.
（2）Set the rule of log-out automatically.
You can set it to never log out or customize the logout time.
Websocket Auto-Disconnect Interval
Configure Websocket Auto-Disconnect Interval on the Agent portal, We support settings up to 120 seconds.
