Cloudcx allows you to control whether the privacy Commitment for visitors in WebChat is displayed or not, and also enables you to customize the content of the Commitment.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to your system CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget> Settings > Ban List > Privacy Commitment

  3. Turn on the switch.

  1. After turning it on, we provide a default privacy commitment text, which you can modify here, adjust the font, and insert hyperlinks.

  1. After the configuration, Visitors can see this text when chatting and can click to close it.
