CloudFon Agent Assist is an AI-based virtual assistant that helps increase agent productivity by generating quick summaries for chats and tickets for agents.

Step by Step Instructions:

（1）Log in to the Cloudfon CX Control Panel.

（2）From the left navigation menu, go to Bot > Agent Assist > Summarization.

（3）Turn on the Summarization toggle key to enable the function of summarization in Agent Console.

（4）Click Save.
