Chat Window is the window on which your visitors chat with your agents. It is fully customizable. You can tailor the window and make it match the style of your website.
Step by Step Instructions
（1）Log in your CloudFon CX.
（2）In the left navigation bar, go to Omni Widget > My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list,
（3）Go to Widget Design>Windows Color.
（4）You can choose a color for the window, and set the chat window's Header logo and Banner as you like.
（5）Click Save.
