2.2 Installing Omni Widget on Your Website

This guide is designed to help you learn what to install to get CloudCX Omni Widget running on your website. You can use our default code widget or have a custom one according to your needs.

Installing Omni Widget on your website is the first step to get Omni Widget up on your website. To start, you’ll need to get the code from the system and then paste the code right before the closing in your website’s HTML files.

  1. Go to your system CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget > My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list.

  1. Click Install Code.

  1. Click Copy to copy the code and paste the code into your website code before the closing </body> tag.

  1. Or you can click email your code to your webmaster to send the code to your mail.

If you are not familiar with coding or do not have access to your website's source code, please email the widget code to your webmaster or the one who built your site for help.

You can click Live Preview button to preview the widget.
