Log in(OmniSuit APP)
1. Log In
1.1 Log in with username and password
Open OmniSuit APP. Enter your Username and Password, then click 'Next'.
Please input the server and company details in the provided window below, then click Login to log in.
Enter the Installation server URL; in the format domain.com. If you are using a self-hosted CloudCX installation, input your server URL. Otherwise, use cc.cloudfon.net.
1.2 Log in with QR Code
Click the QR code icon from the login page.
You can choose to scan the QR code directly, or select a QR code from the album to scan to log in to your account.
How to obtain the QR code of your account.
Login to the CloudCX, you can find more details from 1.1 Log in.
Click your profile photo, which is located in the top right corner of the page.
Click the QR icon to enter the QR code pop-up window.
You can download the QR code or directly scan the QR code to login. (For security reasons, the QR code is invalid once it is used. If not used, it is valid for 14 days.)
2. Change Agent Status and Avatar
2.1 Change Agent Status
Click You icon from the bottom menu.
In You module, you can see the follow information:
Agent avatar, name, company, email address and agent’s status.
OmniSuit App version number.
Click the camera icon to pop up the window.
You can choose Take a Photo or Choose from album.
2.2 Change Agent Avatar
Click You icon from the bottom menu.
Click the current status to pop up the window.
Select a status to change your current status.
3. Notification Settings
Click You icon from the bottom menu.
Click Notification to enter the settings page.
You can choose to switch the toggle to turn on/turn off notifications.
4. Log Out
Click Logout button to pop up the window.
Click Confirm to log out, or click Cancel to cancel the log-out.
