Cloudfon connector hub provides integration with Microsoft Office365 via the API for Microsoft Office365. The configuration is done server-side, in an easy and straightforward way. Let's follow the instructions step by step to complete the integration with Microsoft Office365.
Get your Microsoft Office365 AppID and AppSecret
Please reference to Register an application with the Microsoft identity platform to create your app.
Callback URL is https://your_cx_domain:9001/api/v1.0/microsoft/integration/callback
and
https://your_cx_domain:9001/api/v1.0/system/email/callback
your_cx_domain is the domain prepared for your CX.
PLEASE record your password when you create a new Client Secret. It will only shown once.
Collect the parameters required for integration
On the application overview，Obtain appid and tenant id
Configure Microsoft Office365 application integration
Log in to the system administrator portal, click "Advanced"-> "Application Settings"-> "Office365" to enter the Microsoft Office365 settings page.
Fill in the AppID, AppSecret and Tenant ID of your Office365 application into Client-id, Client-Secret and tenant-id, then click save. After that the system will prompts you that Save successfully.
