Single sign-on (SSO) is a user authentication tool that enables users to securely access multiple applications and services using just one set of credentials. CloudCX SSO allows your agents to sign in to CloudCX using a third-party application. That way your team can move between different tools and doesn't have to remember multiple sets of login credentials.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click on “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Office 365” to enter the Google or Office 365 login page.

  1. Choose a Google or Office 365 account to log in.

  1. For users logging in using SSO for the first time, you need to fill in the essential login credentials of a system account and click on “Bind” to bind your Google or Office 365 account.

  1. After binding your Google or Office 365 account, you will enter the system operation page.
