You can click All、My Open、My Dept.Open、Resolved、Unassigned to check tickets.

Channels

You can know the ticket’s channel through below icon.

We support 5 Channels now, Email, Facebook, SMS, Instagram, WhatsAPP.

Status

5d means the Last Reply Time.

  • Below icon means New:

  • Below icon means Pending Internal:

  • Below icon means Pending External:

  • Below icon means Onhold:

  • Below icon means Resolved:

Read Status

Unread Message shows at the bottom of the page.

Create New Ticket

Click below icon,

and input below information, click send icon, you can create a new ticket.

 

If needed, you can add Tags for the ticket.

Replay

Click a ticket, then you can replay the ticket

And you can also mark the ticket as Mark as Resolved、Mark as Unread, or Delete it.
