On successfully enabling the 2FA setup of your account, you can now use the 2FA after verifying your CloudCX credentials on the login page.
Login using 2FA on CloudCX Control Panel
To login using 2FA on CloudCX Control Panel, follow these steps:
（1）On the User Sign In page, provide your CloudCX credentials, and click Sign in.
The Input Authentication Code page appears.
（2）Enter the six-digit passcode sent to your email and click Verify.
CloudCX confirms successful sign-in to your CloudCX account.
