In the digital age, effective communication is key. Our software's Notification Center feature is designed to centralize and streamline all system notifications, offering users the ability to view alerts, set notification policies, and customize templates.



1. Check notifications

Navigate to the Advanced menu and choose Notifications to access system notifications. Within this section, you will discover categorized tables for read, unread, and deleted notifications. Moreover, utilize the search feature and time filter to effectively organize and filter through the notifications.

2. Change your preference

Select the Advanced > Notification Center > Preference menu to customize how notifications are sent. You have the option to enable or disable specific Notification Events.

For instance, you can decide to receive or not receive notifications when creating a new tenant, triggering an email to the tenant owner.

3. Custom your Notification Templates

For notification events, we support custom email templates here. Select the menu Advanced > Notification Center > Templates you can completely reinvent the email templates.

For instance, you can take the default Welcome Email Template (the email that is sent out when a new tenant is created) and enter some of your own text, including some of your own links. You can even add an email from your name and the first and last name of the user, as configured in their tenant settings.
