Step by Step Instructions 

(1)Log in to CloudCX Control Panel. 

(2)From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Company.

(3)Click Custom SMTP Servers.

You need set a mail account to send out notifications, invites and welcome emails.

(4)Select Customer SMTP server, or you also can select Gmail or Microsoft 365.

(5)Input Mail Server, Port, mail reply address, your email or uesrname and Port.

(6)Click Test, test if successed.

(7)Click Save.
