In the digital age, effective communication is key. Our software's Notification Center feature is designed to centralize and streamline all system notifications, offering users the ability to view alerts, set notification policies, and customize templates. This document serves as a concise guide to maximizing the utility of the Notification Center, ensuring users can manage notifications efficiently and tailor them to their specific needs.



Check notifications

Navigate to the "Advanced" menu and select "Notifications" to view system notifications. Here, you'll find tables for read, unread, and deleted notifications. Additionally, you can use the search function and time filter to sort through notifications.

Change your preference

Select the menu Advanced > Notification Center > Preference, where you can decide how to send the notifications. You can decide whether to send a Notification by turning on and off a Notification Event.

For example, you can enable or disable notifications when you create a tenant, which sends an email to the tenant owner.

Custom your Notification Templates

For notification events, we support custom email templates here. Select the menu Advanced > Notification Center > Templates you can completely reinvent the email templates. For instance, you can take the default Welcome Email Template (the email that is sent out when a new tenant is created) and enter some of your own text, including some of your own links and even add an email from your name and the first and last name of the user, as configured in their tenant settings.
