AI Assist lets you leverage the power of AI to conduct engaging conversations with customers. You can start off by providing educational material to help AI Assist learn about your business requirements. Once done, it can formulate responses to customer queries based on the information it has.
Note: To ensure that the Agent Assist function can be used normally, first make sure OpenAI is connected.
Step by Step Instructions:
(1)Log in to the CloudCX Control Panel.
(2)From the left navigation menu, go to Automation > Agent Assist > AI Assist.
On the AI Assist page, provide the following information:
Option | Description |
Select datasets | AI Assist can provide AI-generated answers using a wide variety of content sources. As your support content gets better, AI Assist does too—along with its response correct. |
Language | You can choose the language you want the AI Assist to output content in. |
Prompt Action | Enter the action you want your prompt to perform. Provide default prompt, you can modify it. If you still want to use the default content, click Reset. |
Save | Click this button to save the AI Assist settings. |
Cancel | Click this button to discard your changes. |
How it Works
You can now start using AI Assist to draft responses to customer queries in the Messages module.
