Change Password
(1)Click the icon, which located in the top right corner of the page.
(2)Click Change Password, then the following pop-up will appear:
(3)Type Old password, New password, and Confirm password.
(4)Click the Save button.
Reset Password
If you are an admin or have permission to manage agents, you can reset the password for agents in your account.
Note: The administrator owns all permissions of your account.
(1)From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > People > Agents.
(2)Click the Reset Password icon in the Operations column.
(3)Enter the new password and confirm it by entering it again, then click Save.
