Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security measure that requires two distinct authentication factors to confirm your identity. This method fortifies your CloudCX account against unauthorized entry by introducing an additional security layer on top of your initial authentication.

While not mandatory for all platforms, CloudCX recommends setting up 2FA to bolster your account's security. By implementing stronger security measures such as 2FA, you can safeguard your customers' sensitive data from unauthorized access and potential cyber threats.
