✅ CloudCX connector hub provides integration with HubSpot via the API for CRM. The configuration is done server-side, in an easy and straightforward way. Let's follow the instructions step by step to complete the integration with Hubspot.
HubSpot Configuration
Create or Login your HubSpot Developer Account：
Click to Create a developer account
Click to build an app
Select your job role and fill in your company information
When you're done, click on the Apps menu to create an app
Fill your App Info, copy Authorized Redirect URL and pasted to your App
Log in to the system administrator portal, click "Advance"-> "Connector Hub Setting"-> "Hubspot" to enter the HubSpot settings page. And copy the Authorized Redirect URL from CX platform.
To select the permission scope of the app, You can choose to turn advanced scope Settings on or off the required scope. If you turn on the options, these required scopes must be included:

crm.object.companies.read
crm.object.companies.write
crm.object.contacts.read
crm.object.contacts.write
crm.object.owners.read

After you have created the App, copy the client ID and client secret,it will be used later.
CloudCX Configuration
Log in to the system administrator portal, click "Advance"-> "Connector Hub Setting"-> "Hubspot" to enter the HubSpot settings page.
Fill in the Client ID and Client Secret of your HubSpot application into Client-id and Client-Secret, and fill "https://app.hubspot.com/" into both Account Server Address and CRM address.
Click save to complete the HubSpot integration.
