(tick) Please note that in version 3.2.3 we have changed the port number from 9001 to 443 in the URL. This action will have an impact on the following three aspects.

  • Installation Code

In admin panel, there will be changes in the code to install the CX omnichannel widget.

If you have already installed the widget to your website you will need to reinstall it, for related documentation click here.

  • Callback URL

In the admin panel, it will affect the callback URL of integrating Twilio WhatsApp, integrating WhatsApp Cloud, Salesforce CRM custom integration and ZOHO CRM custom integration.

If you have integrated them, you will need to change the filled-in callback address on the third-party application.

If you have an embedded action, please note that the embedded URL will change.

For example, the original CX Admin Portal URL you embedded is: https://{{tenantDomain}}:{{tenantPort}}/#/admin/widget/dashboard?topLayout=false&sk={{SessionKey}}

It will modify to https://{{tenantDomain}}/#/admin/widget/dashboard?topLayout=false&sk={{SessionKey}}
