Cloudfon CX’s CloudCX’s Social Media Integration allows your agents to support a broader range of your customers. Now you can handle Instagram queries within your Cloudfon CX CloudCX Agent Console. The integration process requires a few steps before engaging with your Instagram visitors.

  • Instagram Professional account 

  • Instagram Professional Account linked to a Facebook Page

Once your Instagram account is successfully connected to your Facebook Page, go to Cloudfon Contact Center CloudCX Control Panel and configure the integration.

Facebook Account MUST bind an Instagram business account.

To connect your Instagram Professional account to Cloudfon CXCloudCX, follow these steps:

（1）Log in to your Cloudfon CX CloudCX Panel.

（2）From the left navigation menu, go to Inbox > Channels > Instagram.

  • If you have multiple Facebook Pages created on your Facebook account, select the one that is associated with the Instagram Professional account to connect it to CloudFon CXCloudCX.

  • If there are multiple Instagram Professional accounts to select, you need to select respective Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts.
