Change Password

  1. Click your profile photo, which is located in the top right corner of the page.

(3)Type Old password, New password, and Confirm password.

  1. In the Change Password pop-up window, input the old password in the Old Password box.

  2. Input a new password in the Password box. The password needs to comply with complexity check rules, otherwise you can not reset your password successfully.

  3. Input the new password again in Confirm Password box.

  4. Click on Save.

After change your password successful, you will receive an email about the password has been reset successfully, and the system page will automatically enter the login page again.

Now, you can log in to the system with the new password.

Reset Password

If you are an admin administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can reset the password for agents in your account.

Note: The administrator owns all permissions of your account.

  1. Go to your system CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > People > Agents.

(2)Click the Reset Password icon in the Operations column.
