Reset Password
When you log in to the system, you forget your account’s password. You can reset the password to get a new password.
Prerequisites
To use Forgot Password function, your system MUST configure Custom SMTP Servers in the system > Global Settings > Company > Custom SMTP Servers. You can find more details about Custom SMTP Servers9.2.2 Custom SMTP Server.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click on “Forgot Password” to enter the password reset page.

Input the Company Name and Email, then click on “Captcha”. The system will send you the verification code for resetting your password for to your email automatically.

If you receive a tip “Email address does not exist!”, please check the Company name and email address whether are correct.
If you can not reach your email, please contact the system administrator to reset your account password.
