You can choose a color for the window, set the chat window's Header according to your needs.

In the Windows page, you can do the following:
Choose colors for the Top background and Send button.
Click + Add a Header Logo to upload your own designed logo for the Header Logo.
Click + Add a Banner to upload your own designed banner for the Banner.
Enter a Greeting Message, which will display at the top of the Window.
(Optional) Advanced:
Allow visitor to switch language: With this option selected, your visitor can switch the chat window to the language he wants, and you can also set a default language for him.
Remove” Powered by…” in Widget: With this option selected, the“Powered by…” text link will not be displayed in the chat window.
Click Save.
(Optional) Click Live Preview button to preview.
