a. Create a Twilio account

b. Click Add and choose Twilio SMS from the drop-down list.

c. Copy Twilio settings to CloudFon CX

From your Twilio account settings:

(1) Copy your Account SID and your Auth Token to the CloudFon CX Twilio setup page.

(2) From your Twilio phone number settings page copy your phone number SID to the CloudFon CX Twilio setup page.

(3) Once you've filled in the information in the CloudFon CX Twilio setup page, click Save

The phone number is added. You can continue to add more phone numbers if you have more than one you want to manage using Cloudfon CX.
