Go to your system
CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget> Settings > Ban List > Privacy Commitment
Turn on the switch Enable Privacy Commitment toggle key.

After turning it on, we provide a default privacy commitment text, which you can modify here, adjust the font, and insert hyperlinks.

After the configuration, Visitors can see this text when chatting and can click to close it.

enabling privacy commitment, you can input text or insert hyperlinks to customize the privacy commitment, also you can use the default privacy commitment.

Click Save.
Now, the privacy commitment will be displayed on the Web Chat window when the visitor enters the chat. The visitor can click 
button to close the privacy commitment.
