Importing a CSV allows you to add and update contacts. If a Contact ID, or phone number, or email address in your CSV matches an existing contact, they will be updated with the mapped values. Otherwise, a new contact will be created. |
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to your system
CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.From the left navigation menu, go to Contact.
Click the
button and select “Import Contact”.
